Well, there are more buyers out there than houses on the market. So now is a great time to put your house on the market because if you wait later in the year, you’ll have more competition. And as for the buyers, if you want it, let’s put in an offer ’cause it’ll be gone tomorrow.
So, my advice on the buyer side is to make sure that you get your qualification first before you ever look at a single house.
