This Sunshine Report talks about getting up and stopping feeling sorry for yourself.
Remember that we can control what we think, so instead of just sitting there and feeling sorry for whatever is going on, why don’t you try to remember what all went right, what all is good... There is always somebody else that has a worst case than you but also has blessings as well, and has things to be thankful for.
I say that when you wake up in the morning, list at least 5 things that you’re thankful for. It can be as simple as having a roof over your head, having water, and whatever things you are thankful for.
So today, let’s all be thankful for what we have! I wish you all to have a fantabulous Wednesday!
